Welcome to the first (and maybe only) post from Trombird.  You probably don't care where the word trombird came from, but I'm going to enlighten you anyway.  It came from the title of song called Trombirds.  It was a solo trombone piece by Albert Mangelsdorff (1928-2005).  I love jazz and particularly jazz featuring brass instruments.  But, that won't stop me from commenting on other things.


Let's get started with my latest adventure:  Skiing!  Anyone care to guess where this is?
